Someone I loved once gave me a box full of darkness.

It took me years to understand that this too, was a gift.

-Mary Oliver

Has 2020 been our world's #worstyearever?

Or has it been an opportunity for us to look deep and hard at things we had hoped we could ignore or avoid?

Perhaps a bit of both?

If we receive what we believe, then both our lives and our planet reflect back to us the attitudes we cherish, the judgments we hold, the viewpoints in which we have become entrenched.

As we near the end of this epic year, it is more important than ever for each of us to take stock of these attitudes, judgments and viewpoints — and then release whatever no longer serves us. Together in this workshop — through journaling, guided visualization and simple rituals — we will open our boxes full of darkness. . .and then, consciously and with commitment, prepare to move toward the light.

Part one of two - get both workshops for $32!
