Your retreat begins Thursday afternoon and continues through Sunday morning.  All programs, meals, and lodging included at the peaceful Villa Maria Education & Spirituality Retreat Center.

Workshop:  “Journey from the 3^rd Chakra to the 3^rd Eye”

Do you know that the lower three chakras are considered to be mundane chakras, while the upper three are seen as spiritual, or divine chakras?  And that each of the lower three are related to the upper three?

The third chakra, the Solar Plexus, and the Third Eye, the sixth chakra, are related even though each has its individual function?  

During this workshop, and through shamanic journey, you will discover how these two chakras are related and how you can bridge them so that they work well together for extra added clarity.

 Learn the foundations of energy work, discover how to activate and attune a crystal, and practice forming clear, aligned intentions.  An immersive, hands-on exploration of how crystals can amplify your natural intuitive abilities. 

 We will explore how crystals support your daily and long term goals. How to work with them to gain introspection and inner clarity while using fun, energy-based exercises designed to help you recognize and trust your unique spiritual gifts.

 

 

John Michael Thornton:

Workshop:  "Intuition: The Power of Your 3rd Eye"

Your 3^rd eye is your center of intuition, but it also allows you to perceive the energies that your physical senses miss. When you see auras or feel energy in your hands, it is your 3^rd eye that taps into that energy.  In this class I help people see and feel auric energy for themselves.  

We will begin with an overview of the aura, chakras and color meanings and interpretations.  Exploring the connection to physical and spiritual health, you will develop a vocabulary to describe what you will see and feel during the experiential portion of the program.

During the second part we will use my Seven Steps to Center and Intuition Warm-up to enter a meditative state conducive to seeing and reading auric energy.  Working with a partner and a variety of art supplies we will draw pictures of each other's auras, feel the boundaries of an aura, and play with the energy.  Actually, working with colors and drawing materials takes away some of the self-imposed blocks and frees up your natural creative abilities and gives you a fun and easy way to practice tapping into this part of your intuitive self, the 3^rd eye.
