New User Registration Information

To create a new Directory listing you need to first Register as a User. Registration is easy and only takes a few minutes. The User Registration process requires that we confirm your email address, when you complete the registration form, you will be sent an email with a confirm registration link. You will need to follow that link to confirm your registration before you can Log-In.

Accessing The User Menu

Once your registration is complete, you can then Logon to the site to access a User Menu, from here you will find more menu options to:

• All About You (Here you can update your profile)
• Add Directory Listing

Creating A New Listing

Creating a listing for the Business and Community Directory can be completed in 4 easy steps:

1. Using the "Main Directory Menu" navigate to the category in which you would like to place your listing. Under the Main Index, the category menu structure is layered into a 3 tier structure, defined as a Main Category then Sub Category and finally the Listing Category. This structure has been created for ease of navigation and only allows listings to be placed in the final "Listing Category". An example of this structure is as follows:
   Main Category = Health and Fitness
   Listing Category = Alternative
2. Once you have successfully navigated to the "Listing Category" find and click on the link "Add a New Listing in this Category".
3. When the "Add Listing" page appears, complete all the details in the form provided with the information about your listing. All items have brief information to help you complete the form, simply hover your cursor over the text boxes to reveal help for that item. When you have provided as much information as you can select the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form.
4. At the top of the page the words: "Thank you for your submission. Your listing will be reviewed shortly by our Administrator and added to our directory once it is approved."

Activating A New Listing

At this stage your "New Listing" will be placed in a pending file and can not be seen by the public until such time as it is activated and or approved by the American Metaphysics Administrators, this usually only takes a day or two.  If your listing has not been activated in a week or more, please contact us!
