It is a semi-polished piece of Rainbow Picture Flint. The front is totally polished and the back is matt finished. Flint provides for grounding, protection and hope. This wonderfully unique pendant is a tumble polished oval crystal measures 42mm long by 30mm wide by 18mm deep and is wire-wrapped with a specialty Sterling Silver wire.

This is not your most commonly known opal. It is from the United States and was hand cut & polished by an artisan in Pennsylvania.
